Parnas Hotel Co., Ltd. (CEO Yeo Inchang) today announced the operating strategy of the premium urban wellness hotel, The Westin Seoul Parnas, ahead of its grand opening on September 15.
Backed by extensive experience operating five-star hotels such as Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas, Parnas Hotel Jeju, and Nine Tree by Parnas, as well as mixed-use assets including Parnas Tower and Parnas Mall, Parnas Hotel has expanded into a comprehensive lifestyle brand. The opening of The Westin Seoul Parnas marks a new leap forward where accumulated operational capabilities meet Westin’s global wellness philosophy.
At a media briefing held on the 12th, CEO Yeo Inchang stated, “Hotels are evolving beyond simple accommodation into multi-faceted spaces where guests can recharge, maintain routines, and enjoy leisure,” adding, “While personal preferences differ, the core value we all pursue is wellness.” He further noted, “We chose Westin as the global brand that best creates synergy with Parnas Hotel’s lifestyle vision—this is not merely a rebranding but the beginning of a journey where a global wellness leader and Korea’s leading hotel company write a new chapter together.”

Korea’s First “Smart Butler” — A Digital, Personalized Guest Experience
The Westin Seoul Parnas introduces an industry-first DCX (Digital Customer Experience) operations model. The guest-only mobile platform, Smart Butler, analyzes and manages the entire guest journey to deliver personalized digital services. With a simple QR scan, guests can access hotel information, control in-room devices (IoT), reserve programs, and place in-room dining orders while tracking their status.
Real-time facility occupancy helps minimize wait times, while AI-powered recommendations offer services tailored to each guest’s preferences and needs. From check-in to check-out, Smart Butler ensures a seamless digital convenience and personalized wellness experience. Guest insights gathered across digital touchpoints are analyzed through Parnas Hotel’s proprietary CX platform to enable rapid VOC response and inform service innovation, marketing, and operations.
Guestrooms Designed for Deep Relaxation in the City
564 guestrooms span eight types from guest rooms to the Presidential Suite. 144 Club Rooms (approx. 26% of inventory) include access to the top-floor Westin Club. All rooms feature Westin’s signature Heavenly Bed, premium bedding, and a curated sleep program. Suites are equipped with a Dyson hair dryer, Balmuda air purifier, and amenities by niche fragrance brand diptyque to complete a premium stay.
Korea’s Largest Hotel Club Lounge: Westin Club
Located on the 30th floor and measuring 702㎡, the Westin Club is one of Korea’s largest hotel club lounges and accommodates up to 149 guests. A panoramic view stretching from the Han River to Seonjeongneung unfolds through the curved, floor-to-ceiling glass façade.
Dining follows the wellness philosophy throughout the day: wholesome breakfast, fruit/snacks/tea and coffee during the day, Sweet Delight (14:00–16:00), Evening Cocktail with premium grill selections, and Westin Night featuring an assortment of beverages. Private meeting rooms are available for intimate gatherings and business needs.

ON:TABLE, the all-day dining restaurant, serves balanced menus crafted with seasonal ingredients from renowned local producers. Cosmopolitan Fitness Club: The City’s Wellness Hub
Spread across two floors and totaling over 6,000㎡, the Cosmopolitan Fitness Club features state-of-the-art equipment by Technogym and personalized training with nutritional consultation. Highlights include golf swing analysis and AR-based putting systems, an indoor pool overlooking Bongeunsa Temple, and the Prime Motion Center equipped with top-tier hydraulic machines—integrating exercise, recovery, and nutrition.

The Westin Seoul Parnas offers seven versatile venues, including the Harmony Ballroom—accommodating up to 1,200 guests across 1,127㎡—and the Apex Room on the 30th floor with sweeping city views.
