    Parnas Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel) informs you of the purpose and method of use of personal video information processed at the Hotel through the fixed video information processing device operation and management policy.

    Basis and purpose of installation of fixed video information processing equipment

    In accordance with Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the hotel installs and operates fixed video information processing equipment for the following purposes.

    • Facility safety and management, fire prevention
    • Crime prevention for customer safety
    • Vehicle theft and damage prevention
    • Statistical compilation and analysis

    In the case of parking spaces exceeding 30, installation and operation are possible based on Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Parking Lot Act.

    • However, video information that requires long-term storage due to a specific incident or accident can be backed up separately for up to 90 days from the date of occurrence after approval from the head of the security department.
    • Processing method: Records are kept of requests for use of personal video information for purposes other than its intended purpose, provision to third parties, destruction, and viewing, and upon expiration of the retention period, the information is permanently deleted in a way that makes restoration impossible (in the case of printed materials, shredding or incineration).

    • How to confirm: You can confirm by contacting the personal video information manager in advance and visiting the hotel.
    • Check location: Employee entrance (security room)
    Measures taken in response to requests from data subjects to view personal video information, etc.

    You may request access to, confirmation of existence of, or deletion of your personal video information at any time by contacting the operator of the fixed-type video information processing device. However, this request is limited to personal video information recorded by you. If you request access to, confirmation of existence of, or deletion of your personal video information, the hotel will take the necessary action without delay.

    Measures to ensure the safety of personal video information

    Personal video information processed at the hotel is securely managed through encryption and other measures. Furthermore, as an administrative measure to protect personal video information, the hotel grants differentiated access rights to personal information. To prevent forgery or alteration of personal video information, the hotel records and manages the creation date, purpose of viewing, viewer, and viewing date and time. Furthermore, locking devices are installed to ensure the physical security of personal video information.

    Matters concerning changes to the operation and management policy of fixed-type video information processing devices

    This fixed-type video information processing device operation and management policy was established on September 15, 2025. If there are additions, deletions, or modifications to the content due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies, the reasons for and details of the changes will be announced on the hotel website prior to implementation.
