    Article 1 Purpose

    These Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the service and users in using the Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided on the Westin Seoul Parnas website (thewestinseoulparnas.com, hereinafter referred to as “Website”) operated by Parnas Hotel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Company”).

    Article 2 Definitions
    1. "Website" refers to the official website of The Westin Seoul Parnas (thewestinseoulparnas.com) operated by the Company, and refers to an online platform built to provide users with internet-based information services such as hotel information, guest room and facility information, promotion introduction, and inquiry reception.
    2. “User” refers to a person who accesses the “Website” and uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
    3. “Service” means non-commercial information provision services such as hotel information, promotion introduction, and inquiry reception provided through the “Website”.
    Article 3 Statement, explanation, and revision of terms and conditions
    1. The Company posts the contents of these Terms and Conditions, along with the Company's name, representative's name, business location, telephone number, email address, business registration number, and mail-order business registration number, on the bottom or linked screen of the "Website" so that "Users" can easily check them.
    2. The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations, such as the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Consumer Protection Act.
    3. If the Company revises these Terms and Conditions, it will clearly state the effective date and details of the revisions and post a notice on its website at least seven days prior to the revision. For significant changes, a longer grace period may be provided.
    Article 4 Provision and Change of Services
    1. The services provided by the Company through the “Website” are as follows:
      1. Provide hotel information and notices
      2. Introduction to rooms and facilities
      3. Promotion and Event Information
      4. Inquiry submission (inquiry form)
      5. Provision of additional information as notified on this website
    2. The Company may change the content of the “Service” according to operational or technical needs, and will provide prior notice of any changes.
    Article 5 Suspension of Service

    In the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as maintenance, inspection, replacement, breakdown, or communication failure of information and communication equipment, the provision of the "Service" may be temporarily suspended. Prior notice will be provided in the event of such circumstances, and in unavoidable circumstances, notice may be provided after the fact.

    Article 6. Protection of personal information of website users
    1. The Company collects personal information of "Users" to the minimum extent necessary to provide "Services" and, at the time of collection, clearly notifies the purpose and obtains consent.
    2. The company uses collected personal information only within the scope of the stated purpose. If it is necessary to use the information for purposes other than those stated or to provide it to a third party, the company will separately notify the user and obtain consent. However, exceptions may apply as stipulated by law.
    3. When collecting, using, or providing personal information, the company clearly notifies the following: (e.g., the personal information manager's affiliation and contact information, the items and purpose of collection, and the items provided to third parties). Users may withdraw their consent at any time.
    4. Users may request access to or correction of their personal information at any time, and the Company will take necessary action without delay. Upon receiving a correction request from a User, the Company will not use or provide the relevant personal information to any third parties until the correction is complete.
    5. The company limits access to personal information to a minimum and implements protective measures to prevent loss, theft, leakage, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration of users' personal information. If the company is found to be at fault for any resulting damage, the company will assume liability.
    6. The company or third party that received personal information will destroy the personal information without delay after the purpose of collection has been achieved.
    7. The Company does not provide consent to the collection, use, and provision of personal information in a pre-selected state, and even if the "User" does not consent, the Company does not place any restrictions on the "User's" use of the "Service" except for certain services.
    8. Any matters related to personal information protection not specified in this clause shall be governed by the “Personal Information Processing (Handling) Policy” within the “Website.”
    Article 7 Obligations of the Company
    1. The company will not engage in any acts prohibited by relevant laws and regulations and these Terms and Conditions, and will do its best to provide stable services.
    2. The company takes security measures to protect personal information so that "users" can safely use the service.
    3. The company does not send advertising information for commercial purposes via e-mail or other means without the explicit consent of the “user.”
    Article 8 Obligations of “Users”
    1. “Users” must not perform the following actions:
      1. Acts of stealing other people's information or registering false information
      2. Any act of unauthorized modification or infringement of the website's information or system
      3. Any act that infringes upon the rights of a third party or defames their reputation
      4. Posting content that violates public order and morals (obscenity, violence, audio, video, etc.)
      5. Any act that violates the standards set by other websites
    Article 9 Relationship between linked and linked websites
    1. The "Website" may be linked to external reservation systems, membership pages, etc., and each linked external website is subject to its own independent terms of use, privacy policies, and other operating standards.
    2. The Company is not legally responsible for the information, services, or transactions provided by linked external websites.
    Article 10 Copyright Attribution and Restrictions on Use
    1. The copyright and other intellectual property rights for works posted on the “Website” belong to the Company.
    2. "Users" must not use for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use for commercial purposes, by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or any other means, information obtained through the use of the "Website" and for which the Company holds intellectual property rights, without the Company's prior consent.
    3. If the Company uses the copyright belonging to the “User” in accordance with the agreement, it must notify the “User” of that fact.
    Article 11 Dispute Resolution
    1. The company operates an internal reception channel to handle complaints or damages of "users" in order to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by "users" and compensate for any damages.
    2. The company prioritizes handling complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if prompt handling is difficult, the company will immediately notify the user of the reason and processing schedule.
    3. In the event of a request for damage relief from a "User" in connection with an e-commerce dispute between the Company and the "User," the matter may be subject to mediation by a dispute mediation agency commissioned by the Fair Trade Commission or the city or provincial governor.
    Article 12 Jurisdiction and Governing Law

    Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the "Website" shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If litigation is filed, it shall be brought to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act. However, if the "User"'s address or residence is unclear or the User is a foreign resident, the court with jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall be the competent court.
